You will lead a high-performing Data & Analytics function within a leading financial services business, using data, BI and commercial insight to drive performance across a mortgage and lending workplace.

The role
n
Lead and develop an experienced Data & Analytics team.
n
Own reporting, dashboards, datasets and BI capabilities, including self-service analytics.
n
Deliver executive insights across sales, products, brokers, distribution, credit and profitability
n
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
n




Lead analytics initiatives and act as the Data & Analytics SME across key projects and change.
n
About you
n
Proven leadership experience across Data & Analytics, BI, MIS or commercial analytics.
n
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder and communication skills
n
Hands-on experience with large datasets, BI tools and data visualisation
n
Financial services or lending experience, with home loans and mortgages being very important
n
Able to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
