We are looking for a Senior Business Analystto assist clients in optimising their implementation and usage of our Core Banking System (Ultracs).
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n Business Analysis & Consulting
n
n
Evaluate client practices and recommend improvements
n
Conduct business process reviews and produce clear requirement specs
n
Proactively triage and/or support post-implementation project cases
n
n
Training & Enablement
n
n
Deliver engaging training sessions (group and 1:1) for clients and staff
n
Design and develop reusable training programs and digital content
n
Continuously improve course materials based on feedback
n
n
Project Coordination
n
n
Manage client tasks via JIRA and ensure timely delivery
n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain client communication
n
n
Presales & Strategic Support
n
n




Assist with product demonstrations and internal projects
n
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to strategic planning
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or IT
n
4+ years' experience with Australian Retail Core Banking systems
n
Robust background in Retail Banking or Credit Union or Financial Institution environments
n
Experience with UniVerse/PICK environments (highly desirable)
n
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
n
Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (preferred)
n
