We are looking for an exceptional Club General Manager to bring our newest location to life and establish Saint Haven Bondi as one of Australia's most sought-after wellness destinations.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship club from the beginning, shape its culture and build an extraordinary team and member community.

With complete ownership of the club's performance, you will:
n
n
Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of Saint Haven Bondi
n
Create a warm, elevated and highly personalised member experience
n
Build, inspire and develop a high-performing team
n
Own the club's P&L;, budgets, commercial performance and key business targets
n
Drive membership growth, engagement and retention
n
Grow revenue across wellness, food and beverage, and member experiences
n
Partner with department leaders and practitioners to deliver exceptional results
n
Maintain impeccable standards across service, safety, presentation and operations
n




Bring fresh thinking to continuously evolve the Saint Haven experience
n
n
About You
n
You are a commercially minded, people-first leader who knows how to make every interaction feel considered and special.
n
You will bring:
n
n
At least five years of senior management experience within luxury hospitality, wellness, fitness, leisure, hotels or spa
n
Strong experience managing a P&L;, budgets and commercial performance
n
A proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
n
An instinctive understanding of premium service and member experience
n
The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and lead with clarity
n
Genuine warmth, humility and emotional intelligence
n
A passion for wellness, innovation and creating meaningful communities
n
Experience opening or launching a current venue would be highly regarded
n
