The Team
n
n
Eastern Shore Community Nursing, based in Rosny Park, providing a 7 day a week community nursing service in homes and clinics across Hobart's eastern shore catchment.
n
Our nursing team specialises in assessment, planning and implementation of wound care,
catheter/stoma/drain
care, palliative care and post-acute clinical care.
n
We offer a supportive environment to develop and utilise the advanced clinical skills required to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

The Role
n
n
Provide high-quality, clinically appropriate, person-centred care to clients in their homes and community clinics within the Eastern Shore of Hobart.
n
Engage clients, their families, and significant others in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, while promoting a safe and supportive home setting.
n
Maintain current knowledge, clinical expertise, and professional competencies relevant to the community nursing role through ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
n

Details of appointment
n
Fixed term full time, shift worker position, workin g up to48 hours per fortnight, as soon as possibleuntil 31 August ****.
n
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

$80,524 to $109,175 per annum (Pro rata) . Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement ****.

Access to the Grade 4 salary range $102,439- $109,175 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
n
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:

Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type
