About the Role

As a BFT Coach, you'll be at the heart of the member experience – delivering high-energy group training sessions, supporting members to achieve results, and contributing to a strong, positive studio culture.
n
You'll be coaching real people, in real time, in a structured training environment that blends strength, conditioning, and accountability.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Coaching group training sessions across a variety of BFT programs
n
Delivering a high-energy, motivating and safe training environment
n




Building strong relationships with members and supporting their progress
n
Providing technique correction, guidance, and encouragement
n
Helping drive member retention through great coaching and connection
n
n
What You'll Bring

Certificate III and/or IV in Fitness
n
Experience in group training, personal training, or gym instruction
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A positive, high-energy coaching style
n
A focus on member experience and safety
