Australian Venue Co. is looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join The Colonist Tavern in Norwood at an incredibly exciting time for the venue.
n
The Colonist is currently undergoing a $3.5 million transformation, bringing a fresh new chapter to one of Norwood's much-loved venues.
n
This is more than stepping into an existing operation — it's an opportunity to help build a new team, shape the culture and be part of bringing the newly transformed venue to life.

Assistant Venue Manager
n
Salary: $80,000–$82,000 + super
n Bonus: Up to $5,000 per year, paid quarterly
n

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous hospitality management or strong supervisory experience
n
Leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
n
Loves building great teams and positive workplace cultures
n
Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
n
Understands operational standards, labour and cost control
n
Is excited by the prospect to build something new
n
Wants to continue developing their hospitality leadership career
n
