As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will work alongside experienced clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, developing your clinical skills while contributing to exceptional resident outcomes and wellbeing.

Hours of Work
n

Flexibility: Part time and casual roles
n
Shifts that suit you: AM, PM, and Night Duty available

About the Role
n
n
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
n
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and clinical reviews.
n
Build positive relationships with residents, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals.
n
Monitor resident wellbeing and support positive health outcomes.
n
Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
n
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
n
Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
n
Participate in education, training, and professional development opportunities

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Relevant Nursing Qualifications
n
NDIS check (includes police check)
n
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
