A stable Australian owned International Freight Forwarder with 30+ years in the market is seeking a seasoned Operations Specialist to service Import LCL/FCL/Airfreight customers. Located in SYD HO @ Taren Point.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
n
n
Handle FCL / LCL / Airfreight import shipments from PO Placement and management through to delivery and billing.
n
Manage customer accounts and build client relationships
n
Ensure Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer enquiries, issues, and concerns as well as develop new opportunities in different trade lanes, services.
n
Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
n
Assist with some export operations
n
n
ABOUT YOU:
n
n
2+ years Import local Freight Forwarder experience
n




1+ years experience with Cargowise1 - including understanding of workflow (tasks /milestones) and edocs.
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Understanding of export operations
n
Excellent communication and computer skills
n
Adaptable
n
Excellent Customer Service skills
n
Relationship building skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
