Kin Early Learning Centres is seeking enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators to join our teams at our two services in Queanbeyan.
n

About the role
n
As an educator at Kin, you will:
n
n
Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
n
Support the delivery of meaningful, child-led learning experiences
n
Contribute to a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
n
Work collaboratively with your room team and service leadership
n
Support children's agency, wellbeing and sense of belonging
n
Contribute to observations, planning and reflective practice
n
Maintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and compliance
n
n
What we are looking for
n
You will have:
n
n
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards an approved qualification
n
A current NSW Working with Children Check
n
A genuine passion for working with young children
n
A robust understanding of child safety and active supervision
n
A positive,



reliable and collaborative approach
n
The ability to build respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Current first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them
n
A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
n
n
