About the company:
n The prospect is within a private consultancy, who are still in a stage of rapid growth phase and are searching for a Building Code Consultant / Building Surveyor. They are seeking a committed and driven individual who can represent the firm at the high level they require. The successful candidate can expect to work on all types of Class 2-9 buildings and 1-10 Buildings ranging from small $5 Million projects to billion-dollar developments!

About the role:
n
n
Deliver a broad range of consultancy services to new and existing clients,
n
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the acts/regulations and Building Codes of Australia,
n
A strong ability to resolve and negotiate disputes,
n
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
n




Experience within the private or council sector
n
n
