Superior Paper is seeking an enthusiastic Picker/Packer Warehouse Assistant to join our expanding team at our Kurnell facility. This is a critical role contributing to the smooth running of our paper manufacturing and distribution operations.

Your Impact

As a vital part of our warehouse floor, you will ensure our production and supply chain never misses a beat, directly managing the physical flow of stock from initial receival to final customer dispatch.
n
Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
Order Fulfillment – Picking, packing, and accurately dispatching orders to customers in a fast-paced environment.
n
Logistics & Receival – Loading and unloading delivery trucks/containers,



attaching pallet labels for transport, and distributing pickup and delivery dockets.
n
Customer Interaction – Attending to customer collections and providing helpful, team-oriented service.
n
Warehouse Care – Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised warehouse environment while performing general factory and warehouse duties as required.
n

About You
n
We are looking for a reliable team player who takes pride in their accuracy, thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting, and brings solid warehouse experience to the table.

To be successful, you will need:
n
n
Proven Experience – A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar factory or warehouse role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
n
Licences – You must hold a current Forklift licence. A drivers licence is highly advantageous to assist with local deliveries when required.
n
Technical & Machine Skills – Previous machinery experience is an advantage, though specialised onsite machine training will be provided to the right applicant.
n
Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of picking orders accurately and working safely around machinery.
n
Team Mindset – Good communication skills and an enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude to add value to our growing team.
