Job Description
You'll work alongside our recruitment consultants to source, screen, and move candidates through the process, from first application to compliance-cleared and ready to work. This is not a sales or business development role. It's the engine room: high-volume, process-driven, detail-focused work that keeps candidates moving and our shift fill rates strong.

Key responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and Conexson's talent pool
n
Screen and interview applications against role and compliance requirements
n
Chase and verify documentation – NDIS checks, police checks, immunisation records, qualifications, right-to-work, etc
n
Keep candidates informed and moving through the pipeline; follow up relentlessly so applications don't stall
n
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system
n
Coordinate onboarding logistics and hand qualified candidates to our allocations team to get them working for our clients
n
Flag bottlenecks in the process back to the team so we can fix them, continuous improvement is what we are all about
n

About you
n
n
No recruitment experience required – this is genuinely entry-level
n
Organisation, persistence, follow-through, and comfort working high volume activity without things slipping through the cracks
n
Prior experience in aged care, disability, healthcare, or a high-volume
administrative/customer
service/recruitment




role is a plus but not essential
n
Strong phone manner and excellent communication
n
Comfortable with process and compliance-heavy work – this sector is regulated, and accuracy matters
n
Resilient and unbothered by repetition; this role involves a lot of chasing people for documents and working with the team to ensure the flow of compliant staff
n
Tech-comfortable – you'll be in our ATS/CRM daily and working with AI systems
n
