Sydney Building Management & Projects (SBMP) is looking for professional and reliable Casual Relief Concierges to provide coverage across our portfolio of residential buildings.
n
Locations: Various sites across Sydney
n
Availability: Monday to Friday preference + weekend shifts
n
Wages: In line with the Miscellaneous Award
n
About the Role
n
As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of the building, ensuring residents and guests receive a professional and seamless experience. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as you will be assisting with front desk operations, security, and resident services.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
n
Assist the Building Management team by supervising contractors, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
n
Conduct regular patrols to maintain security, cleanliness, and presentation.
n
Manage key distribution, visitor check-ins, parking, parcel deliveries, and other front desk operations.
n
Build strong relationships with residents and ensure inquiries are handled efficiently.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Previous experience in hotel front office, residential concierge, or a similar high-customer-service role.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Polished, professional presentation.
n
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
n
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
n
Flexibility and availability during weekdays, particularly Wednesday to Friday.
n

Requirements

n
Full work rights in Australia.
n
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn recent systems quickly.
n
White Card (or willingness to obtain).
n
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
