What you'll be doing
n
n
Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including office spaces, retail locations and industrial facilities
n
Conducting regular property inspections and liaising with tenants to ensure properties are well-maintained
n
Collecting and processing rent payments, managing arrears, and maintaining accurate financial records
n
Negotiating current lease agreements and managing lease renewals
n




Overseeing all building maintenance and coordinating contractors for repair work
n
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
n
Assisting with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties
n
Preparing comprehensive property reports and financial statements
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management
n
Strong knowledge of the commercial property market and industry regulations
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
n
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office suite
n
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
n
Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field is preferred
n
