We are looking for an experienced Trust Accountant who has worked in the Strata Industry on a Full-time basis to join our team immediately on a permanent full time basis.

This position would be ideal for candidates who have a minimum of three years' trust accounting experience in a strata company.

Key responsibilities:
n
Internal and external audit for assigned portfolio of strata schemes
n
Debt recovery on fortnightly basis for assigned portfolio
n
Investment account management for assigned portfolio
n
Financial Integration for newly onboarded schemes
n
Strike levies on monthly basis
n
Skills required:
n
Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
n
Ideally at least 3 years' trust accounting experience in a strata company
n
Excellent PC skills, ideally experience with Strata Master and Strata Connect software
n
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
n
Organization, efficiency and Self-motivation
n
Professional and enthusiastic approach to work
n
Ability to work under a lot of pressure
n
