We are seeking a motivated and organised
Receptionist/Office
Administration Assistant to join our legal firm. This permanent, part-time position is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the professional image of our office and supporting our legal team with administrative tasks. Hours negotiable and could be tailored to suit school hours.

Responsibilities:
n
Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
n
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
n
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for legal staff.
n
Maintain and organise office files.
n
Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
n
Maintain and update our CRM system
n
Create and update files in the Legal software.
n
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
n
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining office supplies.
n
Support the legal team with various tasks as required.
n
Bring positive energy to the Team
n
Qualifications:
n
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or a related field is an advantage.
n
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
n
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
