About The Role
n
The key objective of the Puig Fragrance Consultant is to be a customer centric Brand Ambassador. As a Puig Fragrance Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer service and promote Puig brand awareness through understanding and effectively responding to customer needs in order to achieve and exceed budgeted sales.

This role will be based at our Myer Mount Gravatt location and will be consistent of approximately 20 hours per week and requires availability on across weekdays and weekends.

Duties
n




Consulting and educating customers on the features and benefits of Puig products
n
Actively attracting new customers and maintaining our existing loyal customer base
n
Achieve budgeted sales targets by recommending and selling products in line with customer requirements
n
Attend relevant training sessions in order to drive product knowledge and enhance selling skills
n
Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and store presentation that Puig is regarded for
n
Drive Puig activation and promotional events in line with business objectives
n
Build positive relationships with in-store management, Account Managers and Head Office team
n
Our ideal Fragrance Consultant
n
Previous retail industry/ guest services experience (preferably within beauty or fragrance)
n
Passionate about retail, fragrance and beauty
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience in generating customer loyalty and maintaining a strong client base
n
Understanding of targets, sales tracking and reporting
n
Excellent customer service skills with an empathic, cooperative approach
n
Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours
