National Business Development Manager - Water Treatment

We're seeking an experienced and commercially focused National Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Water Treatment portfolio throughout Australia.
n
Reporting to the General Manager - Sales ANZ, you'll identify new business opportunities, build strategic customer relationships, and deliver revenue and margin growth across key market segments.
n
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development and market growth
n
Build and manage a solid national sales pipeline
n
Promote and specify water treatment solutions to customers, consultants and contractors
n
Develop strategic customer and industry relationships
n
Provide technical and commercial expertise to support customer success
n
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
n
Collaborate with product, marketing and operational teams to support business objectives
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven success in business development, sales or account management




n
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
n
Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and commercial outcomes
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience in water treatment, pumps, industrial products, engineering, infrastructure or related industries is highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of water treatment chemistry and filtration and how it forms part of the practical customer solution.
n
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
n
