As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Operations Manager / Estimator to join our leadership team and help support the next stage of growth.

About the Role
n
This is a key leadership position within the business, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and schedules, and coordinating projects.
n
Working closely with the business owner, you will play an important role in ensuring the business runs efficiently, customers are well supported, and the team operates productively.
n
This role is suited to someone with strong industry experience who is looking to step into a senior operational position within a supportive and established business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Manage and coordinate electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
n
Schedule labour and allocate resources across projects and service works
n
Prepare quotations, estimates, and tender submissions
n
Oversee project delivery,



timelines, and quality outcomes
n
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
n
Monitor project costs, productivity, and profitability
n
Assist with workflow planning and operational improvements
n
Support and mentor field staff
n
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
n
Assist with the day-to-day management and growth of the business
n
Help oversee operations when the owner is unavailable
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
5+ years' experience in electrical operations, project management
n
Strong understanding of both project and service work environments
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Strong leadership and people management
abilitiesExperience
managing multiple projects and priorities
n
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
n
Current driver's licence
n
An electrical trade background is highly regarded
n
n
