The role:
n
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with
administrative/client
services experience to join our team as the Client Services Coordinator.
n
Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.
n
Your responsibilities include:
n
n
All functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids
n
Handling any client concerns & complaints
n
Daily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, and filing as required
n
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
n
Managing bookings and cancellations
n
Document management
n
Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager
n
Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
n
Other ad hoc tasks as required
n
n
The hours:
n
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm & Friday 12pm -5pm (half day)
n

What you will need to join the team:
n

To be considered for the position, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following:
n

Intermediate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills
