As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Assembly Operator to join our team in Cleveland.

About the Role
n
Working as part of our production team, you will play an important role in assembling and fitting high-quality components and specialised equipment. You will be responsible for helping ensure products are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and ready for delivery to customers across Australia.
n
This role suits someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys being part of a supportive and fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
n

Assemble and fit truck bodies and specialised components
n
Work within your designated production area while supporting the wider team
n
Follow production schedules and quality standards
n




Complete quality checks throughout the production process
n
Maintain an organised and efficient work area
n
Collaborate with team leaders and fellow team members to achieve production goals
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production processes
n
Strong teamwork and communication skills
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or heavy vehicle components is highly regarded, but not necessary
n
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is an advantage
n
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or related industries is a bonus
n
