Nestled in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, Lancemore Macedon Ranges is a premium Victorian hospitality destination renowned for weddings, conferences, corporate events and exceptional dining experiences.

As part of the Lancemore Hotel Group, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B; operation and play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
n
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef and wider leadership team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences across weddings, conferences and events.
n

About You
n You are a confident and energetic hospitality leader who understands what it takes to deliver exceptional service in a high‐end events environment. You are equally comfortable engaging with guests on the floor, coaching your team and reviewing the commercial performance of the department.
n
You will have:
n
n
Previous experience managing a Food & Beverage operation within a hotel, resort, conference or events environment.
n
Proven experience delivering high‐end weddings, conferences and events.
n
Strong technical service skills and sound knowledge of food, wine and beverage.
n
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop your team.
n
Strong commercial and business acumen, with a focus on revenue, cost control and profitability.
n




Experience managing labour and building effective, commercially focused rosters.
n
Strong understanding of stock management, purchasing, wastage and beverage cost control.
n
The ability to maintain consistently high service standards during busy and complex event periods.
n
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve the F&B; operation and grow revenue.
n
A strong focus on accountability, ownership and delivering results.
n
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills with both guests and team members.
n
The ability to work collaboratively with the General Manager, Executive Chef and wider leadership team.
n
A genuine commitment to developing people and building a strong team culture. Immaculate presentation and a professional approach.
n
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and across peak event periods.
n
A genuine passion for food, wine, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
