We specialise in fencing, balustrading, louvre and privacy screens, frameless glass, and automated gate systems.

We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Clerk with a positive, can-do attitude to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a stable and supportive business.

Key Responsibilities
n
Accounts receivable, invoicing, and following up overdue accounts
n
Processing supplier invoices and bills in a timely manner
n
Matching, batching, and coding invoices
n
Assisting with payment runs and reconciliations
n
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
n
Supporting bank and credit card reconciliations
n




General administrative duties, including taking customer orders
n
About You
n
Previous experience in accounts receivable and payable
n
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
n
Reliable, professional, and a team player
n
Basic understanding of accounting principles
n
Good organisational skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MYOB
n
