Role responsibilities:
n
Manage month-end close processes, including journals, accruals,



balance sheet reconciliations, and group reporting.
n
Own payroll accounting, labour cost modelling, and associated reporting and analysis.
n
Manage cost calculations, accruals, and reporting across the business.
n
Support budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of board reporting packs.
n
Assist with statutory audits, consolidations, and financial control activities.
n
Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
n
About you:
n
CA qualified with Big 4 or mid-tier audit experience highly regarded.
n
Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting capability.
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to partner with non-finance teams
