Job Description
Adtec is seeking a Customer Success leader based in Australia to own and scale our CS function for 200+ global accounts. You'll combine a solid technical foundation (HubSpot, DocuSign, BigQuery) with a strategic, data-driven approach to drive ROI for top-tier clients.

The role is hybrid, with 30% hands-on account management and 70% building segmentation, automated reporting, and QBR cadences in partnership with our CPO and CMO. You'll report to the COO and shape the function as we scale.
