Todd Devine Homes is looking for a highly organised, proactive and people-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing Sales team.
n
This is a newly created role designed to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support across our customer journey, from initial enquiry through to pre-construction.
n
You'll work closely with our Sales Manager, sales team, Estimating, Drafting, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to make sure enquiries, documentation, reports, applications and project information are organised, accurate and progressing.
n

About the role
n
As our Sales Support Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day administration that supports our sales and pre-construction teams.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Providing professional support for incoming calls, emails, visitors and walk-in customers
n
Directing enquiries to the appropriate salesperson or department
n
Supporting sales administration from initial enquiry through to deposit
n
Setting up customer and project information across HubSpot and ClickHome
n
Preparing tender and project documentation using information provided by the sales team
n
Coordinating transport feasibility assessments and transport quotes
n
Ordering and tracking reports, applications, consultant information and approvals
n
Coordinating soils, surveys, preliminary site investigations and other pre-construction requirements
n
Assisting with insurance, compliance documentation,



service applications and relevant certificates
n
Liaising with suppliers, consultants and internal departments to keep projects progressing
n
Maintaining accurate customer records, client folders, tasks and follow-up dates
n
Monitoring outstanding actions and escalating missing or overdue information
n
Supporting pipeline and workload reporting
n
Helping improve templates, checklists and repeatable administration processes
n
Assisting with general office coordination, suppliers and team requirements
n

What you'll bring
n
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, dependable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Strong administration, coordination and organisational skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Confident and professional communication skills
n
A customer-focused approach across phone, email and face-to-face interactions
n
Strong follow-through and the ability to keep multiple tasks moving at once
n
Confidence learning and working across different systems
n
Good judgement and an understanding of when to action something independently and when to expedite
n
A collaborative approach and willingness to support different teams across the business
n
n
Experience within residential building, construction, property, pre-construction,



sales administration or customer service would be highly regarded.
n
Experience using HubSpot, ClickHome or similar CRM and workflow systems would also be an advantage, but is not essential.

This position operates across a Monday to Saturday roster, with Saturday attendance required and one coordinated weekday off during the week.
