About the Company
n TOM People and I are working with a leading Australian infrastructure organisation to recruit a Group Finance Business Partner. This business manages critical infrastructure assets and is undergoing significant investment and growth, creating a highly visible opportunity within its corporate finance function.

The Opportunity
n Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive informed decision-making
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Lead budgeting, forecasting,



and month-end FP&A; deliverables.
n
Develop and maintain financial models across P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
n
Prepare executive and board-level reporting, providing clear commercial insights.
n
Analyse capital, cash flow, and key business performance drivers.
n
Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
n
Drive reporting automation, process improvement, and best-practice FP&A; processes.
n
About You
n
CA or CPA qualified with robust FP&A;, commercial finance, or financial modelling experience.
n
Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.
n
Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes.
n
Excellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholders
