Job Description
This isa outstanding timeto be joining St John Qld as we continue to build a 'best inclass'Servicing and Replenishment function.
n
We are currently looking for afull-time Service Consultant based inBrisbaneto join the Servicing team. In this role, you will be the primary restocking representative foryourregion, with a focus on a professional first aid kit restocking service, sales growth, new business leads and brand enhancement.
n
Our Service Consultants will have access to a fully stocked van,essentially yourown mobile warehouse filled with our comprehensive first aid supplies. You will travel throughout your area to conduct on-site kit servicing and restocking. This role entails working in and out a of Toyota HiAce
van,necessitatingfrequent
bending,
squatting,manoeuvringin
tight spaces, and occasional heavy lifting.

Duties and Responsibilities
n
The consultant will also:
n
Perform kit servicing & restockingin accordance withcontracts and service agreements.
n
Drive field sales of first aid products,
kits,defibrillatorsand
related items tomainly industryclients and workplaces.
n
Promote St John first aid training through building partnerships with government departments and agencies, and industry and private sector organisations.
n
Establish
andmaintainrelationships
with all key customers.
n
Provide a prompt,
courteous,accurateand
quality service to customers which includes travelling in your region.
n
Assess and provide advice to customers on their needs and compliance to WHS Codes of Practice.
n
Develop sales opportunities with focus on repeat business through contracts and service agreements.
n
Promote St John to the broader community, including identifying opportunities for other St John
products,equipmentand
services.
n
About You
n
Demonstrated ability to develop andmaintaina customer portfolio and manage customer relationships.
n
Experience in business to business (B2B) field sales.
n
Practical work experience in a WHS or health services environment would be an advantage.
n
Experience in inventory management.
n
Financial numeracy and ability to work to budgets.
n
Proficiencywith MS Office and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is ideal).
n
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
n
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
n
Strong organisation, coordination, timemanagementand record-keeping skills.
n
Practical knowledge of Work Health & Safety legislation and relevant codes of practice (incl. First Aid).
n
Hold a C Class Driverslicence, andbe able to obtain a Blue Card and satisfactory National Police Check.
n
Flexibility to regularly travel within the assigned region is critical.
n
Conditions of Employment
n
Permanentfull-time position - hours to be
discussed/negotiated
n
Work within normal business hours Monday to Friday but some out of hours may berequiredto meet client needs
n
Remuneration package: all-inclusive annual salary, leave entitlements, and superannuation
