What you'll be doing:
n
Generating leads and building a powerful database to grow your market share
n
Managing client relationships with confidence, care, and consistency
n
Appraising, preparing, listing, and marketing properties to a high standard
n
Keeping your finger on the pulse of local market trends and buyer behaviour
n
Negotiating successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers
n
Licensed real estate professionals ready to take the next step
n
Australian work rights are required for this position
n
Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
n
Self-motivated go-getters with a hunger to succeed
n
Sales experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
n




A minimum of 2+ years of real estate sales experience is preferred
n
Experience in off-the-plan sales can be advantageous
n
Familiarity with the Rhodes, Ryde, Epping or surrounding areas (or a keen interest to learn it fast)
n
Bilingual agents highly sought after — but not essential
n
