To be considered for this job you will need:

Experience in a Pub management role either as Duty or Assistant manager
n
Strong Experience in food and beverage operations highly desirable
n
Be a community focused individual.
n
Have a hands on approach to the role and be able to support the floor and bar team in every area
n
Must be a team player and not above getting your hands dirty
n
Exceptional communication skills.
n
Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
n
Work well under pressure and adapts to change.
n
Experience in stock management, ordering, rosters and cash reconciliation
n
