ABOUT THE ROLE
n
As a Narwal Field Specialist, you'll be the face of the brand within your territory — driving sales, training retail teams, activating promotions, and ensuring Narwal becomes the go‐to name in robotic cleaning.
n
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
n
n
Grow the Narwal business with our trade partners, building robust relationships
n
Develop and adhere to an effective call cycle based on business needs, calling on trade and independent retailers as necessary
n
Achieve monthly sales and territory targets
n
Conduct in-store merchandising to ensure displays meet best-in-class standards, following guidelines and planograms.
n
Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail staff to enhance confidence and conversion
n
Support promotional activations, demonstrations, and VIP events when required
n
Gather and report on competitor activity, consumer feedback, and sales insights
n




Build and maintain strong relationships with retail stakeholders across your territory including having commercial conversations around selling in more Narwal products
n
Complete daily call reports and monthly territory summaries, highlighting key data and field insights
n
Daily intrastate travel to trade customer locations.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
You are a proactive individual and a natural relationship builder, with a commerce or technical background who enjoys working independently across a geographically dispersed network.
n
Ideally, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in sales and retail
(floorcare/consumer
electronics an advantage)
n
Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
n
Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to engage groups
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
n
A current Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.
n
