Night Shift Digital Print & Fulfilment Operator – Two Positions

PrintLocker is looking for two reliable, detail-focused people to join our fast-paced production team as Night Shift Digital Print & Fulfilment Operators.
n
You'll work on the PrintLocker Night Shift Team as a Digital Print & Fulfilment Operator, using Brother GTX and Polaris digital printers and automatic pretreatment equipment to produce high-quality printed garments. Depending on production needs, the mix of tasks may change throughout the shift, with team members rotating between printing, pretreatment, folding and packing as required.

Key responsibilities

Operating Brother GTX and Polaris digital printers
n
Operating automatic garment pretreatment equipment
n
Preparing, loading and positioning garments accurately
n
Monitoring print quality and colour consistency
n
Folding and packing completed garments and orders
n
Following production and order instructions
n
Completing routine printer cleaning and operator maintenance
n
Identifying straightforward production quality issues
n
Keeping production and packing areas clean, organised and safe
n
Communicating production issues and completing a clear handover to the day team
n

About you

Are dependable, punctual and comfortable working a permanent night shift
n




Are comfortable standing and performing repetitive production, folding and packing work in a fast-paced workplace
n
Take pride in producing accurate, consistent work
n
Have strong attention to detail
n
Can follow written production and order instructions
n
Are confident using computer-controlled production equipment
n
Work well as part of a small team while managing your own tasks
n
Communicate clearly when something doesn't look right
n
Have a reliable way to travel to Brunswick for night shift (secure onsite parking available)
