We're looking for two Cleaners to help keep Ocean Exmouth looking its best across the entire complex. This is a vital role where
n
your work helps ensure our customers, families and colleagues enjoy a safe, clean and positive experience every time they visit.
n
About the Role
n
As a Cleaner at Ocean Exmouth, you'll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site. You'll work across
n
a range of public areas including floors, stairways, toilets and changing spaces, ensuring everything is clean, fresh and
n
well-presented.
n
n
Vacuuming and mopping floors
n
Cleaning toilets and changing areas
n
Following cleaning schedules and safety procedures
n
Using your initiative to identify areas needing extra attention
n
n
Some tasks will be completed independently, while others are part of a wider team effort but every task you carry out plays a key
n
role in the smooth running of the centre.
n
Working Pattern (Alternate Weeks)
n
We have two roles available, working on an alternating weekly rota working 4-hour shifts:
n
Week 1:
n
n
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – early shifts
n
Monday & Tuesday – 11:00am start
n
n
Week 2:
n
n
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 2:00pm start
n
n
This pattern then repeats.
n
Please note: This role includes regular daytime shifts during the week, so it may particularly suit individuals looking for work
n
that fits around other commitments.



Applicants must be able to commit to the full alternating rota and be available for both
n
morning and afternoon shifts as outlined above.

About You
n
You take pride in your work and understand the importance of a clean environment for customer experience and wellbeing. You're
n
reliable, organised and comfortable working independently, while also being part of a supportive team.
n
You'll also bring:

A strong sense of responsibility

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential—full training will be provided. What matters most is your commitment,
n
consistency and willingness to get stuck in.
