Delivery Manager | ICT Programs

Lead and coordinate ICT delivery across a complex Australian Government environment, managing programs, operational activities, multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder outcomes across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.

Location:ACT
n Contract Duration: 12 months, possible 2 x 12-month extension
n Security Clearance Requirement: NV1

Essential Tasks
n
n
Coordinate ICT operational delivery, planning, prioritisation and resource activities.
n
Manage end-to-end ICT programs across scope, schedule, budget, quality and delivery outcomes.
n
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and competing delivery priorities.
n
Support governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and transition into business-as-usual operations.
n
n
Key Criteria
n
n




3–5 years' experience delivering and managing ICT functions and programs in government or large enterprise environments.
n
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
n
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
n
Robust stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, including coaching and motivating technical and non-technical teams.
