Trelleborg in Welshpool, WA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead Ceramics and Hose & Gasket workshops. You will own safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while guiding two Production Supervisors and a production administration team.

You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Drafting and Warehousing to meet customer commitments and drive continuous improvement in a global engineering business. Solid leadership, ERP and technical drawing skills are essential.
