Uniting Country SA in Port Pirie/Port Augusta or Kadina is seeking a part time Disability Support Coordinator (0.6 FTE) to work with NDIS participants, families and community supports, implementing plans with a person-centred approach.

You will need a Certificate IV in Human Services or similar, a current driver's licence, and DHS Working with Children Check; travel between sites may be required, and some out-of-hours work.
