ABRS is seeking a Care Manager for a up-to-date 97-bed Residential Aged Care Facility in Asquith, NSW. The role requires multidisciplinary leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and to foster a positive, supportive culture for residents, families and staff.

As part of the leadership team, you will provide clinical direction, oversee care planning and governance, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and outcomes across the service.
