Due to continued growth, they're seeking two experienced Site Foremen to lead the delivery of exciting projects across Sydney.
n
Current Projects Include:
n
n
Eastern Suburbs: Premium luxury residential development involving complex excavation and structural works, basement construction, bespoke architectural finishes, landscaping and high-end external works.
n
Inner West: Conversion of an existing warehouse into a boutique Class 3 boarding house, involving significant structural alterations, building services upgrades, fire compliance works, architectural fit-out and external works.
n

The Position
n
As Site Foreman, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of your project from site establishment through to completion and handover.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
n
Oversee all stages of construction, including demolition,



excavation, basement works, structural steel, concrete, framing, waterproofing, services, fit-out, swimming pools, landscaping and external works (project dependent).
n
Read and interpret architectural, structural and services drawings, including hydraulic, civil, fire, mechanical and electrical plans.
n
Liaise with consultants, engineers, certifiers, suppliers, authorities and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
n
Drive the construction programme, manage procurement, deliveries and site logistics.
n
Maintain WHS compliance, conduct site inductions and uphold quality assurance standards.
n
Coordinate inspections, defect rectification, Occupation Certificate (OC) requirements and project handover.
n

The Person
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Foreman, General Foreman or Leading Hand.
n
Experience delivering luxury residential, Class 2, Class 3, boarding house or commercial construction projects.
n
Strong understanding of structural works, concrete, waterproofing, building services and high-end construction practices.
n
Proven ability to lead subcontractors, manage multiple trades and deliver projects to programme.
n
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
n
A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality and safety.
n
White Card essential.
n
Builder's Licence or trade qualification highly regarded.
n
