What would I be doing?
n
Effectivelyleadadministration
teamsacross south Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich &
Toowoombaandsupport
the needs of service delivery
teamsthroughoutthis
region.Act as the key communication link between central and regional teams while supporting continuous improvement in business performanceandthe achievement of theorganisation'svision and purpose.

This could include:
n
n
Lead,support,and developvarious administration teams across the region to ensure the effective operation of services and sites.
n
Implement and follow
establishedadministrative
processeswhilehelping
toidentifybetter ways of working.
n
Overseefinancialtaskcompletionincluding
budgeting, purchasing, invoicing,
dataanalysis,andvariousaccountability
requirements.
n
Ensure client reporting and funding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
n
Assist Regional & Area Managers with various
financial,budgetaryand
business support functions.
n
Liaise with internal teams as required such as centralised finance, claiming and fleet.
n
Oversee management of local office supplies, equipment and organisational assets.
n
Build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
n
Travel between sites as required.
n
Carry out other duties as required by the Regional Leadership or Business Insights teams.

Experience in office-based administration.
n
Experience infinancial
managementincluding
accounting,budgeting,and
expenditure monitoringskills.

Experience in training and leading a team of administrative staff.
n
A level of comfort within
anenvironmentthatbrings
plenty of change.

Advanced skills in computer software
applications,systemsand
technologies.
n
