Community Carers NSW is looking for a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator to join our supportive team and help NDIS participants across the Sutherland Shire achieve their goals, independence and wellbeing.
n
You'll build robust relationships with participants, families and support networks, coordinate quality supports, monitor outcomes and help make navigating the NDIS easier.
n
About you:
n
n
2+ years' NDIS Support Coordination or similar experience
n
Strong understanding of the NDIS
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Person-centred and solutions-focused approach
n




Level 1 or Level 2 Support Coordination experience highly regarded
n
n
Essential:
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, Driver Licence, reliable vehicle and Australian working rights.
n
