Lead Testing for a Major ERP Transformation

Detmold is looking for an experienced Test Lead / Senior Test Analyst to support the end-to-end testing for a large-scale ERP implementation and related integrations on an 18-month fixed term contract. This is a hands‐on role where you'll shape testing processes, drive UAT, and embed a strong testing culture across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Leading system, integration, and UAT testing for a Tier-1 ERP implementation.
n
Developing and executing test plans, scenarios, and cases across functional and non‐functional requirements.
n
Producing key deliverables: Master Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Traceability Matrices, Defect Reports.
n
Driving UAT engagement with business stakeholders and ensure readiness for go‐live.
n
Managing defect tracking and resolution using appropriate tools.li>
n
Establishing processes for ongoing ERP version upgrade testing.
n
Reporting progress clearly and concisely to project leadership.
n

What You'll Bring:
n
Essential:
n
n
Proven Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst experience on a Tier-1 ERP project (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
n
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
n




Experience with integration testing and managing complex test cycles.
n
Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
High attention to detail, strong organisation, and planning skills.
n

Desirable:
n
n
Experience with automated testing or load testing.
n
Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
n
Exposure to international teams and multi‐site environments.
n
