Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager,you'llbe instrumental in the day-to-day leadership of the department, supporting a high-performing team while helping shape housekeeping operations during this exciting period of growth and transformation.

About the Role
n
As the secondincharge of
thehousekeepingdepartment,
you will lead Team Leaders and Housekeeping Attendants to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness,
presentation,safetyand
service across the resort.You'lldrive operational excellence, support teamdevelopmentand work collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.

Key responsibilities include:

Support and deputise for the Housekeeping Manager across all operational requirements
n
Lead,coachand develop Housekeeping Team Leaders and Attendants
n
Drive departmental performance,
qualitystandardsand
service excellence
n
Coordinate daily room allocations,
cleaningschedulesand
workforce planning
n
Monitor productivity, labour costs,




departmentalbudgetsand
inventory levels
n
Champion workplace health and safety, riskmanagementand compliance activities
n
Lead training initiatives and ensure all team members meet RACV service standards
n
Work closely with Front
Office,Maintenanceand
other operational teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience
n
Identifyopportunities
to improve efficiencies, servicedeliveryand operational outcomes
n
Lead by
example,remainingvisible
on the floor and actively supporting the team whenrequired
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in a Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Housekeeping Manager or senior supervisory role within a hotel, resortor hospitality workplace
n
Demonstrated experience leading teams through supervisors or team leaders
n
Strong operational, organisational and people leadership skills
n
Experience managing rosters,
budgets,productivityand
performance outcomes
n
Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning
methods,chemicalsand
equipment
n
Strong attention to detail and a passion
formaintainingexceptional
standards
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across departments
n




A hands-on leadership style with a positive, solutions-focused approach
n
Certificate IV in Hospitality, Diploma qualification or equivalent industry experiencewould be desirable
n
Strong knowledge of HSW policies, compliance and ensuring safe working environments
n
