We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join Powertech on Renewable Hydrogen Project.
n
Must have High Voltage Authority experience.

Position Overview:
n
n
Role: Electrical Commissioning Engineer
n
Start Date: ASAP
n
Roster: 2 week on : 1 week off
n
Rate: Excellent rates + Super paid on ALL hours worked
n
Duration: 6-8 months
n
Location: Dampier/Karratha, Western Australia
n
POH: Perth, however we can fly from any major capital in Australia with accommodation provided as required
n
Travel: First and Last day of swing, full day 10.5 hours paid for these days.
n
n
Experience, skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:




n
n
Site electrical commissioning experience
n
Pre-commissioning and commissioning document preparation experience
n
LV and HV Switchboard testing including protection relay testing, secondary injection testing and interlock experience
n
Experience with standard electrical equipment including LV/HV rectifiers and transformers, earthing grid testing, etc. BESS knowledge is useful but not mandatory
n
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
n
OR Chartered Professional Engineer – Electrical Engineer.
n
Minimum 10 years' experience in either onshore or offshore commissioning within the oil & gas industry.
n
Proactive and positive approach to all opportunities, coupled with excellent communication and team working skills.
n
Ability to work autonomously with a robust commitment to safety
