Vital Motion is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider based in Bankstown, delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services across Sydney.

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team. This position would suit an experienced clinician as well as a new graduate looking for a supportive environment to develop their skills.

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team. This position would suit an experienced clinician as well as a new graduate looking for a supportive environment to develop their skills.

About the Role
n
As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and intervention to children and adults across a range of NDIS presentations.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Conducting speech, language, communication and functional assessments
n
Developing and implementing individualised therapy programs
n
Providing evidence-based intervention
n
Working collaboratively with families, carers and support teams
n
Preparing professional clinical and NDIS reports
n
Completing progress notes and clinical documentation
n
Participating in case conferences and multidisciplinary team discussions
n
Working collaboratively with other allied health professionals
n
Supporting clients to achieve meaningful functional and participation goals
n
You will have the opportunity to develop your own clinical interests while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
Qualified in Speech Pathology
n
Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership/CPSP status
n
Passionate about providing quality, client-centred care
n
A strong communicator
n
Organised and reliable
n
Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
n
Interested in developing their clinical skills and knowledge
n
Committed to working within an NDIS environment
n
Clinical experience is preferred but not essential. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
n
Speech Pathology degree
n
SPA registration/CPSP status
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Current Police Check
n
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
n
Current driver's licence
n
Access to a vehicle for community visits
n
Australian citizen or permanent resident
