You'll support the day-to-day upkeep of the village, balancing general maintenance with outdoor tasks.

General maintenance, minor repairs and routine upkeep

Basic plumbing and building maintenance
n
One dedicated day each week mowing and maintaining grounds
n
Waste management and site cleanliness
n
Logging maintenance tasks using an online system
n

You're practical, reliable and comfortable working independently. You take pride in your work and approach tasks with a steady, organised mindset.

You'll bring:

Experience in general maintenance or property upkeep

Experience using mowing and outdoor equipment

Basic computer skills

The ability to manage your workload and priorities

If you've worked as a Maintenance Officer, Groundskeeper, Handyperson or Facilities Assistant, this role will likely suit your background.
