St Paul & St Anthony Child Care Centre is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager or Nominated Supervisor to join the team on either a full time or part-time basis. This is a senior position for someone with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, regulatory compliance and the day-to-day requirements of operating a high-quality early childhood education and care service.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Oversee the centre's regulatory and compliance requirements
n
Support the Approved Provider, management team and educators
n
Review and maintain policies, procedures and compliance systems
n
Prepare the service for Assessment and Rating
n
Review and maintain the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
n
Conduct internal compliance audits and identify areas requiring improvement
n
Ensure educator practices align with the National Quality Standard and National Quality Framework
n
Monitor documentation, staff records, training requirements and regulatory obligations
n




Provide practical guidance and training to educators and responsible persons
n
Implement systems that support consistent compliance across the service
n
n
About you
n
n
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Nominated Supervisor, Compliance Manager or in a comparable senior early childhood compliance role
n
Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standard, Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations
n
Direct experience with Assessment and Rating
n
Demonstrated history of helping early childhood services improve their NQS performance
n
Personally assisted a service rated Working Towards NQS to achieve Meeting NQS or Exceeding NQS
n
Confident identifying compliance gaps and putting practical corrective measures in place
n
Capable of working with educators, management and the Approved Provider to achieve measurable improvements
n
