We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting NDIS participants across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
n About the Role:
n As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to people living with disability, assisting with daily living, community access, personal care (where required), and helping participants achieve their individual goals while promoting independence and wellbeing.
n What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Support Worker
n
Passionate about providing quality, person-centred care
n
Reliable, professional, and flexible
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
National Police Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
n
Infection Control Certificate
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Own reliable vehicle
n
Full Australian working rights
n
