The Parklife Metro consortium brings together four world-class organisations—Plenary, Webuild, Siemens and RATP Dev—to deliver the Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) works for the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project.

This landmark project includes:

Six brand-current metro stations from St Marys to the new Aerotropolis.
n
Twelve new metro trains and core rail systems.
n
A state-of-the-art maintenance and stabling facility at Orchard Hills.
n
The new railway will become the transport spine of Greater Western Sydney, connecting communities and travellers with the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport and the rapidly growing region through fast, safe, and reliable metro services.

The Opportunity
n
Come and join our Team, as a Supervisor you'll become a valued member of a dynamic, skilled and knowledgeable team, gaining hands-on experience across the Parklife Metro Project.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Excellent ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders like site-based maintenance and production teams
n
Take ownership of site safety management
n
Develop short and medium range construction programmes.
n
Coordinate sub-contractors,



Senior Supervisor and Safety Managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work
n
Work with the Project Managers and Senior Supervisors to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.
n
Knowledge sharing and providing coaching and mentoring to other site team members including construction workers and leading hands.
n
Work closely with our Site Engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site.
n
Maintain progress in line with the construction program.
