The Project Manager (NSW) is responsible for the overall operational performance of the NSW branch.

The role is accountable for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with company standards while supporting the long-term growth and success of WS Remedial Group. The role requires a hands‐on leadership approach and active involvement in branch operations, project delivery, employee development, and client engagement.

About the role
n
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supervising multiple remedial construction sites
n
Leading and supporting a small team of technicians and subcontractors
n
Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and daily site activities
n
Using Simpro to manage jobs, scheduling, documentation and project updates
n
Monitoring project programmes, quality standards and site safety
n
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification
n
n
n
Managing site documentation, progress updates and reporting
n
Liaising directly with clients, builders, consultants and other stakeholders
n
Identifying site issues and implementing practical solutions
n
n
About you
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in remedial construction projects
n
Hands‐on knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair and remediation works
n
The ability to manage a team and oversee multiple sites
n
Strong knowledge of project programming, quality requirements and WHS
n
Confidence communicating directly with clients and builders
n
Strong planning, organisation and problem‐solving skills
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
A valid Construction White Card
n
Relevant trade qualifications, supervisory experience and a Construction Management Degree or similar.
n
Previous Simpro experience is desirable but not essential
n
