Job Description
Field Service Engineer.
n Location*: Brisbane based (WFH and or client sites)
n Engagement type: Permanent position
n Start date & urgency: Now
n Scope of work: Digital Printer (capital equipment) maintenance, in office support experience.
n Budget/rate range: AUD $100,000 Base + Super, discretionary bonus of 1 month salary per annum, travel allowance USD70 per day, some travel outside Australia (typically Asia).

Role & Responsibilities

Overall, provide excellent technical support to customers and partners
n
Responsible for installation maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs & upgrade of a range of equipment
n
Responsible for hardware and operation training; and documentation, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and minimize equipment downtime
n
n
The ideal candidates
n
n
An industrial trade qualification in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, electronic, automation,



or industrial manufacturing is preferred, or equivalent degree/diploma
n
Minimum 3+years working experience as field service engineer or equivalent education
n
Good in Engineering fundamentals; relevant experience in troubleshooting either mechanical or electrical equipment
n

Travel
n
n
Ability and willingness to travel aboard
n
Must be able to drive without restrictions and possess a valid Driver's License
n
Must be able to obtain a valid passport for travel
n
n
You do not have to be from the printing segment also, as long as you have had field / maintenance experience and working with clients at clients site, as well as mechanical and electrical knowledge , also there is a senior engineer there to lead this position.
